Arbitration

The arbitration shall be a "documents only", evidence through affidavits "fast track" arbitration. The Tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator to be appointed by SARG Global Digital Private Ltd  . The exclusive seats of arbitration shall be Chennai, India & the language of the arbitration shall be English.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the laws of India. User access to & use of the Site is subject to all applicable laws.

Jurisdiction

In respect of all matters/disputes arising out of, in connection with or in relation to this agreement, only the civil courts at Mumbai, India shall have jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all other courts.

Publication

The Web site is deemed to be published from/at Mumbai, India (irrespective of where it is accessed from).

Any matter, dispute, resolution on the presents are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai Court only.
